Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam, On 15th May 2013 I had booked 5 indigo flight air tickets ( Rs.49155 )from Delhi to Bangalore through makemytrip website.( All senior citizens) But on 20th May 2013 at 12.30 am i got a message from indigo airlines, on my mobile stating that my air tickets has been cancelled. When i contacted airlines they told me that the tickets have been cancelled from agency. When I contacted makemytrip they have requested for 72 hours time to check. But now it is more than 72 hours but i am yet to get my refund. I need to do alternative arrangement for my mother and relatives through rail on 22nd May 2013.
Pls note that even though if it is cancelled from makemytrip amount has to be refunded to my a/c which is not done.
My Mother, relatives all are in a state of shock and going through lot of frustration.
Request you to kindly help me in getting back my amount of Rs.49155.
