Complaint Details
Purchased 2Ton Slipt AC,through CSD,ATAMA SINGH &SONS On12 Juj2012.The ac ahtorisedservice station was aproached for instalment,on inspection staff took both indor and out door machine on the pretext being faulty and will be replaced.Later came with te same machines told the same have been rectified and gases have been filled. When machine was installed and tested,the indoor unit was making abnormal noise after half an hour run.we were told the machine is new and with usage it will be o.k.Complaint was made after checking ,were told will replace fan assembly on availbility.With this excuse summer season was over.The AChas not used at all,toll runing of machine is not ore than two hours,being testing time by the LGstaff.
2.Two free services,were not used. In spite of repeated request no action taken sofar,gurantee period of one year will expire soon .Summer season is in full swing and the AC canot put in use.Reif Requested as
[a]All details required are already with the service station in charge
[b]Repair carried out details are on the record of service station[c]Unnessory delay been caused by asking details which are available with the staff
[d]New macine to be issued with fresh gurrantee of one year and two free services as authorised with one year of installation of new machine
[e] Refund of money with interest
