Dear Sir/Mam,
I bought a suit (Brand - Prafful, Amount - 3600/-) from online website Fashion and you.com vide Order No. 3069500 on 21st May 2013, the picture of suit i saw on website while purchasing was in skyblue color but i got suit in C-green color and Dupatta is in skyblue color and suit is in very old condition, i wrote mail to website for return of the same along with pictures of suit but they have refused to initiate return, i request you kindly look into the matter as Rs. 3600/- is a huge amount, pls help to get my money back, as kind of these websites just play with emotions of people and cheat with them.
