It's my 6th or the 7th mail in this regard. I am once again writing u in pain.i bought model Kaze from hitachi last year on 29th May from sun view electronics paschim vihar,new Delhi 110063.
On 18th May this year it stopped cooling and I requested the complaint for the same,on 22nd may your executive from hitachi came and took the AC for repair in the name of global services in jwala hero market,paschim vihar.
Today after 3 days of continuous reminder and follow ups executive from Global services came with repaired unit and even asked RS 500 in the name of some special coating done.After 20 minutes of the executive leaving AC started making big noise and immediately after that stopped cooling and till time compressor is not working and moreover making big noise which was not there in initial problem
I am pissed off by the service and the quality of the unit by Hitachi. I request you to pls replace the same with immediate effect as I have been suffering big time for last 8 days in this temprature of close to 45 degrees


It's a humble request to pls replace my unit with immediate effect
