Hi iam using airtel broadband i find the following smartbytes policy discriminatory and an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act 1986 *Additional GBs purchased on airtel smartbytes are available for use in the current bill cycle only and will not be available in the next bill cycle. In case of plan change before the next bill cycle, the smartbytes GBs will lapse on tariff migration. Facility of carryforward of unused GB balance should be introduced.otherwise the smartbyte will be a smart bite biting into the customers wallet.Will airtel amend this discriminatory clause? Hope any Consumer service advocacy NGO is reading this comment.Will action be taken? I am enclosing the concerned airtel website page as proof in support of my contention.
