dear sir, my TATA DOCOMO no is 7205410293(gsm prepaid orissa circle)

on 24.05.13 i call castomer care(121) and enquiring abt std promo,ccr
inform me abt Rs 25 promo with 30 days validity.where all std call
charges are 30 p/min.
after that i recharge rs 25 std promo and rs 75 talktime.

on 26.05.13 abt 9.00 pm i recharge 50.. and after that my ac bal was rs 73.92.

on 26.05.13 abt 11:20 pm i called an west bengal no(03222299363).after
61 min 32 sec,call was disconnected.and i saw that my ac ballance is
0.00.

i called 198 and asking abt the problem.....they said u have called an
std landline no so call charges is high(Rs1.5/min).on replying i am
said when i call ur castomer care no(121) on 24.05.13...they did not
inform me that std promo valid for only mobile not landline...also i
say him if they were inform me all condition i dont call landline
no.and now for your mistake i loose Rs 73.92.


sir pls see this matter seriously and return my money.
