Complaint Details
I have purchased Aquaguard RO water purifier on 30/10/2013. I was told at the time of purchase that company would check the input water for its contents and based on that evaluation would install the system which is required to purify that water adequately. All the members of my family started facing health issues especially throat infection frequently. When I got the water checked the TDS level was very low i.e., only 8. I checked the reports of WHO and IMA and they recommend minimum TDS levels of 80 to 100. The company rep Mr Sandeep told me that there is no harm in consumption of even 0 TDS level water also. I would like to get a safety certificate from Aquaguard in this regard that the water which I am consuming is safe as per the indian standards. Secondly my system is under 1 year warranty and I can avail that in any part of the country as per the details discussed by company rep at the time of purchase with me. I bought the system from Jalandhar and I reside in Kapurthala. The service provider in kapurthala asked me to get a membrane for replacement from Jalandhar branch as I have purchased the system from Jalandhar. This is a breach of service agreement as I am entitled to get servicce in any part of the country and since the system is in warranty the faulty part needs to be replaced by the company.
