Complaint Details
I purchased a leather settee from Durian's at their showroom at Phoenix Market City, Kurla in March 2013. The frame on the settee was broken. Durian's assured me this would be fixed. It was not even a month and the settee got broken. After several calls, they got the frame collected but it is now a month and there is still no reply/repaired frame delivered back to me.They do not take calls. I'm so disappointed. After all I've spent - time, money, etc. and I feel Ive been cheated. Never again will I purchase furniture from them!!! This has been a costly lesson.
