I bought a Sony Xperia mobile phone in August 2012. But in the month of December the phone went dead. So under warranty I got it repaired. The same thing happened again in 3 months and I went to the service centre located at Borivali asking for the replacement of the faulty phone. But they are putting it one each other saying they don't have the right to replace it. And now the phone is having same problems. Please help me replace this faulty phone.
