Complaint Details
I have ordered a Whirlpool 3D Cool III 2.0 Ton Split AC (White) (order ID: 3002267484) on 29th APRIL’13 via indiatimes shopping. As per booking status (which is still the same) is to be delivered on 18th MAY’13.

I have tried contacting customer support 09024666666. They accept our complaint (case ID: 865526) and reply stating that “we will get back to you”.

I am not getting any reply on my order’s shipment at all.

I have tried other way of contacting supports (online chat, email etc.), But no luck.
