I placed an order of a samsung tablet on indiatimesshopping.com on may 12. immediately after placing the order for some reasons i cancelled it. (The cancellation happened just after five minutes of placement) The site registered a case (854960) and says that it will be resolved by may 13. i waited till may 15 and when i checked the site again i came to know that even after my request of cancellation the merchant is shipping the product. i immediately contacted the customer care. they accepted the mistake but said that now nothing can be done. they told me to refuse the delivery and after that they will cancel the order. Now bwcause of their internal mis coordination my money got stuck. I refused the deliver as per the instruction. It was on may 14. i waited another 6 days and when i contacted customer care again they said that they haven't received the product back. and till that they cant cancel. i waited another 3 days and again contacted, got the same response. This time i checked the courier service website- ecom express and shocked to see that the product was delivered back to indiatimes on may 24. when i again contacted, they refuse to acknowledge the delivery and return the money. they are trying to usurp the money and its Rs. 28106, not a small amount. i request you to help me getting my money back from the cheaters.
