PURCHASED GALAXY S4 PHONE ON 17TH MAY 2013.A SPOT WAS SEEN ON MY LCD SCREEN ON 5TH DAY OF MY PURCHASE.I IGNORED FOR A DAY BUT WHEN I CONTACTED SAMSUNG CAFE STORE WHERE I PURCHASED THE PHONE THEY SAID TO CONTACT SERVICE CENTRE WHO TERMED IT AS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND LCD CAN BE REPAIRED BY REPLACING IT IN A NEW PHONE.I ASKED FOR A PHONE REPLACEMENT AND THEY DENIED .AGAIN VISITED THE STORE THEY SAID ITS AN SAMSUNG INITIATIVE FOR CUSTOMERS TO REPLACE THE DEVICE BUT ITS NOT MENTIONED OR WRITTEN ANYWHERE,HOW COULD ONE KNOW ABOUT IT WITHIN 4 DAYS OF PURCHASE WHICH SERVICE CENTRE SAYS NOT BEYOND 10DAYS AND EXACTLY 7DAYS.IF SOMEONE HAS DEFECT ON 8TH DAY THEN ITS A GOOD FOR SAMSUNG THAT THEY ONLY HAVE TO HAMMER OR REPAIR DOWN THE PRODUCT N NOT TO REPLACE IT,,,IS THAT SAMSUNG THINKS ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS.I DONT WANT MY DEVICE BEST IN THE WORLD TO UNDERGO HAMMERING OR REPAIRING WITHIN 5-10DAYS OF PURCHASE.CHANGING A LCD SCREEN OF A DEVICE IN 5-10DAYS OF PURCHASE IS REALLY NOT GOOD FOR A COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG AS ITS A WASTE OF MONEY N DREAMS SOMEONE HAS INVESTED AFTER THE FACT WHEN SERVICE CENTRE EXECUTIVE HAD ACCEPTED ITS AN MANUFACTURING DEFECT.THE PRODUCT SHOULD ONLY BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE AFTER ESTABLISHING A MANUFACTURERS DEFECT WITHOUT ANY STIPULATION OF TIME PERIOD.
