Dear Sir
I would like to bring to your notice that I have taken a policy from hdfc life in the month of Sept 2012.But after so many reminder I could not received my policy bond ,I again resubmitted the request and finally received the bond (This was after i have bear the Cost of Rs 150 of getting the duplicate bond) which along with the requisite documents i submitted it for free look of the policy on 29 December 2013.
But I have not received my policy amount yet .when I mailed customer care they says, that they hand over my policy document to Mrs. Anju. Sir I do not know who is Mrs Anju?There is no process where in you can handover the Bond to a third person ,which i have not received as of date.I would once again reiterate that i have not authorized your company to hand over my bond to a third person whom i don't know in person.This was the reason for the delay in giving a request for free look in the time frame of 30 days. For which i am not responsible.
Kindly look in to matter with a considerate view and process the refund on urgent basis.
