Complaint Details
I, Ankita Garg, bought a Dell Venue Pro from a retail store- Mobile Magic, located in Sector 11 Panchkula, Haryana on 07-October 2012. As per the norms, this phone will be replaced with a new one if there is some issue within warranty period of 1 year. Presently, my phone's mic is not working and I need to claim the warranty given.
. When i contacted the nearest service centre in the locality, which is situated as Sector 32 C Chandigarh, they refused to provide the warranty replacement for this model.
