Complaint Details
I booked two orders from shopclues.com…..with two different order number(3200632 and 3179531).I received only one tracking id M0753133(via quantium courier) for both the order.If I get only one tracking id then I cant receive two orders…..while I have choosen prepaid mode for payment.And I got one order from shopclues side so far.Where is my second order.Many Times I registered complaint to shopclues.com……but I didn’t received any satisfactory email from their side.They are not replying to me in good manner….Plz do something for me.
