Complaint Details
I have been using Reliance Wireless modem for the past 2 years. Recently when i got the bill for the month of April 2013, i was charged 4000+ instead of normal 500. The reason being their website - "MyServices" portal - which shows the exact data usage - not showing up correct usage. Due to a snag in their website, i was made to use beyond the free limit and now charged heavily. The bill should be waivered to the normal 500 and my connection should be established asap.
