The IFB make cloth dryer (Maxi Dry 550) is overheating and tripping and the complaint has not been resolved for months and the service engineer at Bhubaneswar not responding.

Earlier to Mar 2013 the calls were made directly to help desk & service engg but problem not resolved. Machine is under AMC
