Complaint Details
I ordered an Andrina Computer table through an online store of Housefull furniture (www.housefull.co.in) on April 6th, 2013. Order No. 22323. The product has not been delivered till date (June 1st, 2013). The product status was available when I registered my order. After a month of order,I inquired through call center and asked them to cancel the order if the stock is not available. I was told to send an email to cc@housefull.co.in. I did the same and got no response and my money has not been returned so far. I did not even receive a call from them stating the reason for the delay of delivery so far. Such a disappointing experience and an extreme inconvenience to me calling them in regular intervals. Please do the needful and take the required action against them.
