Complaint Details
we ordered a mattress from Hometown on 16 May, 2013 and paid half of its cost (Rs 15,000) as advance. They promised that it will be delivered in 8 to 10 days. From 28th May i have been trying to contact them to find out the status but never got a satisfactory response. they claimed that the order we placed wasn't in their system. Finally today they are saying that they can deliver only after 8th due to stock checking. Our previous mattress is spoilt so we are finding it very difficult.
