Complaint Details
Ajmera Builders under the name Vijaynagar Corporation entered into an Agreement of Sale in year 1984 with Ms. Amina Syed. In year 1991, we bought this flat from Ms. Amina Syed. The agreement of Ms. Amin Syed with Vijaynagar Coporation of year 1984 is not registered although registration of agreement has always been mandatory.
