Hi,

This complaint is of a job portal named roozgaar.com.

In total I paid Rs 9000 for the following benefits:

1.Roozgaar Job Assistance - Order No. - R28399-C3.
2.Roozgaar Profile Verification - Order No - R28355-C3
3.Roozgaar Resume Xplode - Order No.R25575

I purchased the above benefits last on 25th February, 2013. Till now I have not received any of the above benefits and neither anyone from roozgaar do call me. It is I who have been following up with them for last three months but of no avail.

My first purchase of the benefit 'Roozgaar Resume Xplode' was made in the month of January'13. A guy named Sanjay one day called me and said that he was calling from roozgaar.com and that if a sum of Rs 1500 is paid than roozgaar would schedule interviews for me and I would start getting interview calls within a week. However, more than a week passed and no call came either from roozgaar or any company for interview.First of all it was very difficult to get in touch with the roozgaar team and finally by hard luck when I did get in touch with them they told me that it would take some more time.

As time passed by and after continuous follow up, on 25th February, a guy named Bhuvaneshwar Pathak, told me to my utter shock that I needed to pay more to avail the services of roozgaar. They told me that they have sent my resume to a no of consultants and that they now want a verified employment status for which I needed to purchase "Roozgaar Profile Verification" which would cost me additional Rs 2000. If I paid them that amount than a personal manager would be allocated to me who would schedule interviews with companies and also would give tips on how to prepare for the interviews.

Than on the same day, after I paid the required amount, Bhuvaneshwar Pathak told me that there is a last remaining formality left for which I needed to pay additional Rs 5500. After this payment my profile would be complete to receive all the benefits.

However, its been more than three months now and not a single benefit has been serviced by Roozgaar and not a single call received from Roozgaar, though it was very different before I had made the payment when in one day I had received 100 calls from them.

These are pure facts which I wanted to bring forth so that the actual face of the job portal " Roozgaar.com" came to light.

Those who are reading this kindly stay away from being a trap for these dacoits.

I am appealing through this site that kindly my money be refunded to me.
