WE puechased a dining set in April. They provided defective sets. upon repeated calls they replaced a couple of defective chairs with 2 more sets. But then the quality of the chairs were not good. we did not even start using it and the chairs were either breaking or the parts were separating. we requested for a refund as they failed to replace that with proper set but they refused to do so stating we have to select from the existing pieces which were all defective. Then they agreed to make a totally new piece which they have promised before 20 days which they have not replaced till date. They eiether do not respond to the calls made or just provide some reason or some other date .Since we are tired of following up with them i am filing this complaint requesting a refund
