REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICES OF PIONEER TOYOTA CHANDIGARH I HAD GIVEN MY
TOYOTA ALTIS IN WORKSHOP ON 26TH OF MARCH 2013 IN MORNING FOR ACCIDENTAL
CLAIM AND WAS EXPECTED TO GET BACK MY CAR ON 10TH APRIL 2013 AS MENTIONED
ON THE JOB SHEET / CHECK SHEET BUT THE STAFF HAD NO POSITIVE RESPONSE
TILL NOW THEY HAVE NO FOLLOW UP NO FEED BACK AVODING CUSTOMER'S CALLS
JUST DISSAPPOINTED WITH THERE BEHAVIOUR. THERE WAS A DELAY OF 12 DAYS THAT TOO WHEN I KEPT ON CALLING THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. I GOT MY CAR BACK BUT THE WORK HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED YET THEY HAVE JUST MADE MY CAR A MESS THE WIPER SPRAY NOZZLES , THE PAINT HAS WENT UPTO THE AC WENT AND CLIMATE CONTROL PANEL, THE EXHAUST VENT IS LOOSE, SOME KIND OF GAS IS BEING RELEASED FROM THE CAR WHICH GIVES A CHOKY FEELING AS U SIT BACK INTO THE CAR,THE HEADLIGHT IS NOT SET IN POSITION. I KEPT ON CALLING THEM TO CHECK THE CAR WORK IS NOT COMPLETE AND I AM FED UP OF CALLING THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN THEY ARE HARASSING ME AND I WANT COMPENSATION AND WANT TO GET MY CAR'S WORK COMPLETE WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS PLEASE DO THE NEEDDFUL
