Hi Respected Sir/Ma'am.

I have bought Dell Laptop(Dell Insprin N 5110).
Model : Q 201
Serial No : 27081937513
Service Tag: CFVVWQ1

From Computer world Pathankot. I have buyed laptop on Nov 11,2012.In May I got some technical problem in laptop. When I contacted Computer World owner(Balwant Thakur)for repair under warranty.I come to know that warranty was not updated for my laptop on dell site, and when I contacted Dell support team for warranty. I come to know that this Laptop is not registered under my name.
Pls help me in this, They have sold me old laptop and now they are not covering me under warranty. Pls process this case. I have losted 35000, And another 5000 for traveling back and forth. I have lost my accountancy business worth Rs. 300000 . In Grand total I have losted Rs. 340000.
I am harassed by Computer world owner and by there team. Even they spoken to me rude and they threatened me. Pls help me in this case.
