Complaint Details
On the pressure from EF service guys I renewed the AMC. On payment, there is no response. I am astonished at the quality of service from EF. It is over one week since I made complaint on my AquaSure Ivory DX water filter. My complaint numbers are 71562668 and 88535452. I did not get complaint numbers on my initial calls. The local service number of EF is switched off.
