Dear Sir,
We had a Tata Teleservices Walky Phone connection (No. 0484-6583445, Account No.
800233740), which was surrendered to the TATA Docomo Store at
Tripunithura, Ernakulam(cancel request No. 330351543 dt. 08/10/2012) and
the subsequent bill (which came after cancel request) was paid on 7th Nov. 2012
(Receipt No. 48400212). Subsequent to the cancel request I had approached " TATA Docomo
Store at Tripunithura, Ernakulam" couple of times and inquired about the
delay in refunding deposit of Rs. 2,000/-.
They told me that they have send reminders.
I have send e-mails to the appellate kerala regarding this also.
I am attaching a copy of the e-mail send to them for ready reference.
I request you to take up the matter with M/s. Tata Teleservices Ltd. and help me in getting the refund.
