Complaint Details
I submitted my karbonn a27 to Chandigarh care center on 15-5-13. They confirmed me that it will take 10 to 15 days for repair process completion. To know the repair progress I called up helpline. but they say that it is in process. To know the same I called helplines today they said same lines. I asked agent to talk with senior agent but she cut my call. They are not clearing my queries.
