Complaint Details
The earphone was damaged they where not ready to replace the same and guided to services center claim it is damaged product given by mbile store .....the major complaint the phone was actually damaged.....it had a mother board problem .
the actual product cost was 9499 they charged for the carry bag Rs.3 and did not provide the same.

we informed them we dont require bag then 2 they charged me for it


and for last 1 week we are roming around between mulund (the mobile store)and bhandup(service center) to replace the mobile but no update ............wasting our money for petrol
