Complaint Details
I (Jaya Agarwal) and my Son (Shubham Agarwal) has jointly booked one 3BHK flat in the project jointly running by TDI, Gambhir Housing India Ltd. and Ridgeview Developers Ltd. Project name is TDI City - AGRA.
At the time of booking the company assured us that they will give the possession before/by 18 months from the date of booking which is mentioned on the contract as well.

On 11th September 2010 I made the booking with 10% down payment by that time Plinth level of the project was completed. Plinth Level was completed on 02 August 2010.

As per the contract by 11th March 2012 I should have been given the possession of my flat and on failing the commitment company will reimburse the owner of the property.

It has been more than 1 year and I have still not received the possession of my property after crossing the deadline of 18 months.

I had requested the company for the delay charges in handling the possession of the flat. Company is not reverting on my request neither there officers are giving any assurance.

Total Area - 1660 Sq Feet

Charges to be Paid - Rs.5 Sq. Feet

Total Amount Per month Rs.8300/ month

I has several reminders to the company for paying the delay charges but no revert.
As per the contract I should have been given the possession of the flat by 11th March 2012
