I hv filed a tdr on 19.02.13 for my travel in 3A reail in internet through IRCTC for 3 persons.The tkt was not confirmed for all the 3 persons. So before travelling , I have filed TDR as already chart was prepared on 19.02.13. But till now my refund is not done. Rs 4000/- is lying with IRCTC for about 108 days. Whenever I am contacting with IRCTC , they are telling it is lying with railway and railway people are telling it is lying with IRCTC. I need the amount should be refunded as early as possible.
