Complaint Details
As per the telephonic conversation on 7th june 17.23pm with the executive All my answers regardinh the phone or "device" been replaced regarding this issue is answered. But the company is not realising the consequences i have faced and the irritation and false information given to me regarding the dispatching of the device and device being recieved to me by a given date by the company...Here are all the details of the continous delay in providing me the device to me and ..here are all the emails by your company..and by this i want the company to provide me htc one or one X as a regard of the inconvienence caused by them.. here is the details that act as a proof...
may 2, 2013 - As per ur email " This email is in reference to the email sent to you by our complian team on April 30th 2013.As per your telephonic conversation, with our complain team executive we informed you that we have approved 1 to 1 replacement for your HTC Explorer and also we have provided extended warranty of 2 month for your HTC Explorer (SH26JVN00624 ) which will be applicable once the purchase warranty of your device get over i.e., total warranty will be 14 months".
May 12, 2013 - the company asked me to provide them 48 hrs so that they could coordinate with the service.
May 15,2013 - "We received your message and we will be contacting you soon".. said by the company
May 16,2013- "We received your message and we will be contacting you soon."
May 16,2013 - "Please accept our sincere apologies and we will surely look in to this matter.In this regards, considering your disappointment we have escalated this case and you will be contacted with in next 24/48 working hours."
May 17,2013 - "To better assist you with your concern, we have forwarded it to our most appropriate department.We do apologize for this delay and inconvenience, rest assured that the receiving department will be more than glad to be of help.Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know how we can further aid you with your concern"
May 17,2013 - "As per our telephonic conversation we have informed you that we are arranging a replacement handset and that will be delivered to service center by next week."
May 18,2013 - "As per your email, we understand that you want us to replace your HTC Explorer by next week"
May 20,2013 - "As per your telephonic conversation, with our escalation team we informed you that we have approved the replacement for your HTC Explorer and the procedure will take some time, by this week you will receive a call from the service center for the same."
May 21,2013 - "We received your message and we will be contacting you soon."
May 22,2013 - "We received your message and we will be contacting you soon."
May 22,2013 - "Thanks for contacting Asia Customer Escalation.We are dedicated in assisting HTC users in Asia and coordinate with our respective local Country Service Team.Our sincere apology for the regrettable experience and inconvenience but rest assured that we will be assisting until this concern is resolved.We had launched your case onto our escalation system, reference no. C2013005505901.Please note that it may take some time for the proper department to process your concern."
May 22,2013 - "As per our telephonic conversation, we informed you that your replaced handset will be dispatch from our service center and delivered to service center within 2 working days."
May 27,2013 - I recieved my device from my service center.
