I am having the bajaj platini Griller toster I used it for some time then after that Grill plates polish fade out and griller body paint also fade out and start losing. I complained for it in Dehardun initially but at that time I was not having its bill as original bill was at my Lucknow home from where this griller was purchased after reaching lucknow I again complained for that then a service executive came and told me that we can not repair it normally in such case we change the griller It seems to be manufacturing fault , let me check with me with my senior then I will try to arrange a replacement for it, today after two days I had telephonic talk with Mr. Sunil He told me that his boss said without looking at product condition consumer must have left the griller on then the problem occurred so we can not do any thing . presently I have The orignal bill with me but I lost guarantee card of It But the products comes under the guarantee of two years and I had purchased it in December 2011. looking for your kind support.
