Complaint Details
Dear Sirs,
My Father Mr. Sunil Laxman Godambe (Age 67) & Mother Rekha Sunil Godambe (Age 62) invested their life time savings into a dream home project Landmark Hills at Shirol, Kasara, Maharashtra. They are waiting, waiting & waiting for completion of the project for years now.
Disha Direct guys have promised us a lot of things. I had been speaking to them regularly but got just fake promises.
We bought plots from Disha Direct. They promised a lot in their brochure which can be downloaded from their website.
I am putting down the complaint points.
1.) Plot Cost fully paid 4 years ago in June to Aug 2009 (Rs. 15 Lacs) including registration, electricity Deposit, development charges, and resort membership fees.
2.) Construction Cost: paid more than 70% (Rs.15 Lacs paid out of budgeted 20 Lacs). 30% paid upfront & Balance progressively. Construction is under progress. No complains about the contractor, Mr. Nilesh Raut. He has been helpful; in fact he is taking care of the plots and plants.
The things which were promised and should have been up & running in 2010-11:
ELECTRICITY CONNECTION (For last 2 years Disha Direct managers have been promising that this will be done in 2 months)
WATER CONNECTION (Same as above)
TAR APPROACH ROAD (Was promised 2 years ago.)
Resort, club house etc. (Membership fees paid almost 4 years ago.)
Not sure whether these people intend to complete the project.
