Complaint Details
I have ordered a fossil watch ME1097 worth RS 9495 on 2 June 2013 from flpkart.com an online portal. When i received the product on 5 June 2013 the box in which it was delivered was dented. Hence I requested to change the product. The same was replaced on 8 June 2013. However they gave a new product altogether. The box still had scratches and the watch does not function completely. It seems to be semi automatic kind of a watch. The time and the day date function works properly. But the seconds displayed on the left side of the watch does not function properly. Its supposed to work once the same is worn on the hand. But at times it works and at times it does not.
Also the most important is that there is no warranty card provided and no proper stamp of the warranty card provided.
