respected sir/ madam,
on 30th april 2013, i ordered a rice cooker from homeshop 18 of a brand called Little Pengiun. it was delivered to my house on 2nd may, 2013. i noticed a defect in it on that day only i complained to the company and told to recollect the product and refund the money. they said that they will do the same in 2-3 days, but 1 month has passed, and everytime i call them they say the same thing that it will be done in 2-3 days. please do the needful to it so that they refund my money.
