Complaint Details
I have been experiencing problems in connecting to internet with 2G plans in TATA DOCOMO since April of 2013. I called up customer care and complained about this on 7-April-2013. They filed the complaint with reference number PNR2012230295. After two days ie on 9-April-2013 i recieved SMS saying that my problem was resolved. But still the problem persisted. Again on 25th of April another complaint with reference number PNR201223898 was filed and after two days they send a message saying that my problem is resolved. But the problem still remains. Most of the TATA DOCOMO customers face these problem. TATA DOCOMO authorities say that the problem is because of network congestion. Since customers are paying for the internet, it is their right to expect a quality service. It is very much disappointing that a company like TATA DOCOMO does not take serious actions to solve such an issue. They sre simply making funny of customers by just sending a SMS saying that problem is resolved.
