Hi all,

Buyers and others People who are living in Tirupur, Please Be Careful of this ICEWEAR CREATIONS TIRUPUR.

I am Karthikeyan R, My Brother was joined in the Icewear Creations Tirupur Last Month 30 as Checking Incharger by Referring our Uncle, Then He worked Day and Night. Example If he goto Morning 10 AM then he need to work upto 12 AM of Next Day or sometimes 2 AM and some time upto 5AM. Now the Date is 10, My brother asked Salary on the Production Manager Mr. Saravanan.

When my brother join in the Icewear Creations tirupur, my uncle said they will give 10,000 INR as Salary, Now What Mr. Saravanan telling that he will give 7000 INR As salary. That's too okay no problem to Us.

But he is telling that My Brother is not work properly and also he told that if The MD of the Icewear Creations Tirupur will assign salary to My Brother, he will give Only 3000 INR. But Mr. Saravanan Giving 7000 Because he having Concern on my Brother. Bull Shit Is Mr. Saravanan or the MD of the Icewear Creations Tirupur don't know How much the People Who are working in Hotels or Bakeries as a Cleaners. But they are telling to My Brother who was joined as Checking Incharger that he will worth for 3000 INR as salary.

And for your Information this Company was Closed Before sometime and they open once again few months back. If they Treat Their Workers like this How would their Productions would be Great?
