My mobile No is 9887512173.On date 08/06/2013 11:07 AM One SMS came on my mobile “Your request for general jokes activation could not be processed because of insufficient balance.Kindly recharge your account to activate the service”.This SMS came from Idea no 54300.Sir,Idea company added this facility without my permission.Before 1 year idea activate this type of service without my permission.This is a very serious violation of TRAI order.Last time I complaint to TRAI of the IDEA Rajasthan Appellate authority,same unwanted this type of service stop after TRAI complaint by e-mail.This is a second time violation of TRAI order.Take legal action against IDEA Rajasthan Appellate authority Mr Rajive Bhandari.Sir put the penalty on idea company to stop this type of service activated without permission of customer.Panalty heavy charge on idea mobile service provider,Rajasthan.
