I have purchase mobile via online on www.kaunsa.com on 07 March 2013. On same day i have requested to cancelled my purchase and refund my amount which i had paid via online payment system on their website.

I got confirmation on 08 March 2013 that my amount would be refunded in 25 - 30 days. Its been now more than 3 months but still they haven't refunded my amount . I have been continously following up with their custoemr service team (0120 - 4835000).

Every time i get mail confirmation that my amount would be refunded in couple of days but till date i haven't received my amount back. Its really frustrating that for last 3 months i have been continously chasing them for my own amount but still there no proper resposne for the delay. I have even ask for teh interest for delay in my refund but still there is no response.

I have log compliant on their website with Token number as "Your Ticket No is : Kaun/T81111/W5MDXD1YGP "
