Against my order no. 2789024, I was charged twice on my credit card. Since the past 2 months I have been following up with the customer support team but all they ask is for more time. I can't understand how much time do they need to confirm one transaction?

I have sent them a proof to confirm that I was debited twice for the transaction but still no reply from them! They ignore mails.. one of the worst customer service departments!
