This is to complaint against Shopclues.com with reference to my order no. 2962268. I had placed a return request on 17th April. 2013, return request no. 16069 which is pending till today i.e. 11th June, 2013.
I had ordered Cabana Hand towels presuming they are original cabana brand but I was shocked to receive local hand towels with cabana written on back side of the label.
I contacted shopclues customer support but they are just lingering the matter for no reason.
- Firstly they take days & weeks to reply my mails that too after reminders.
- Then they say that they will have to speak to the merchant. What the heck?! I have bought from ShopClues.com and not their merchant. They can have their terms with their merchant but can't force that on us!
- Ironically, after that they reply that the merchant is not accepting the return as he is claiming is to be cabana style towels and not cabana brand although nothing of which was mentioned on the listing, screenshot & images are provided for proof.
I'm shocked to know that the site refuses to accept responsibility and very easily tries to escape itself by putting the same on the merchant and leaving its consumers helpless!
ABOVE ALL, FOR THE FIRST TIME IN INTERNET SHOPPING, I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE ANY INVOICE, FOR WHICH I DULY COMPLAINED AS WELL, AS USUAL IGNORED.
I don't think I've faced any customer care department which is worse than ShopClues. They clearly rule at the no. 1 position for being the worst customer service, at least as far as I know!
