MTS has recently launched a plan for unlimited calls to any network @ Rs.243/- per month. For this plan they made me to buy a cdma phone @ Rs.1150/- as a initial cost. They also promised that this plan wont be terminated at any cost . I have been using this plan for 2 months only, suddenly on 10-06-2013 a guy from MTS Customer care called me and said that this plan has been terminated and there wont be any unlimited calls hereafter.
I am greatly disappointed by the reason they gave me, it was pathetic.
It was a clearly an intention to Cheat the customers with bogus plans which is alluring with a promise( without intention of performing). So i request your goodself to make proper action on the authority of MTS for their Fraudulent, Cheating behavior and make this Rs.243/- plan active.
