Dear Sir,
We had sent a courier to China via Docket No. 3131039236 through Overnite Express which they sub contracted to Antron Express. The courier was picked up on 10-12-2012. It was a parcel of IC boards for Heart Treatment Machine costing more than USD 1000. The parcel reached hongkong on 20th December. They could not find the phone no so they kept it in the HK office for 2 months without informing us. I was visiting china for personal reasons in feb, when I checked with the consignee whether she had received the parcel or not, she said no. I immediately called antron express on 25th feb 2013 and gave them the alternate no and they promised to deliver the same. To my surprise, instead of the parcel being delivered , it was destroyed by them as overnite express had told them to do so without informing us or the consignee. Those were very important and expensive parts of a medical device. Please help me, we are common people and cannot fight with such big courier companies.
