purchased Online Samsung 1.5 Ton Split AC - AR18FC3TAUR (1) from Shopping.Indiatimes.com as on 23/03/2013, received goods on 01/04/2013, installation engineer came on 4/04/2013, opened the packaging and air conditioner was found damaged, to the extent of not repairable, so it has to be replaced with new one. I loged the complaint (complaint ID -785638) with the Shopping.Indiatimes.com on 04/04/2013, they assured a resolution date of 29/04/2013, that reverse pick up will be done and you will receive the fresh product. As on i have not received any call neither reverse pick up has been done forget about receiving the fresh product. i have given more than 50 calls and many mails to customer support and their operational head, nothing substantial has been done.
i purchased the goods on 23/03/2013 and till date i am suffering, registered the complain with the site on 4/04/2013, but they did nothing and gave me a resolution date of 29/04/2013 and when ever i gave a call or mail they assured me of the resolution date , every thing will be done by 29/04/2013, it is 02/05/2013, still defective air conditioner is lying at my place, worst experience ever, in this hot summer a defective air conditner is lying infront of us, it is harassment and mental agongy for me and my family, again and again i am giving calls and wasting time and money and they even didnt gave a single call and informed me the status. Whenever I call they say you will receive the call soon from some senior official but didnot got even a single call, today (09/05/2013) I gave a call again they refused to transfer mine call to some senior official by saying no senior official is present, again the same you will receive they call from our side, even if I have told them I am going to escalate things still they are not responding. Till today no concrete solution has come mine end...daily the same drama you will receive the call i have esclated your complaint but i could not get any solution.
immediate action i want mine money to be refunded with interest till date including the cost of mobile bill i have spent for daily calling them to know the status of mine complaint and proper compensation for all the harassment and mental agongy for me and my family.
