Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchased a laptop of Rs 37,490/- on 14.05.2013 from JUMBO ELECTRONICS CORP DELHI on EMI option from my Standard Chartered Credit card No. 5546232903436573. The credit card receipt which I received from merchant has clearly mentioned 6 month EMI. But my monthly statement generated and whole amount is charged in one time. I have talked many time to merchant to convert it in EMI but merchant is saying that it is fault of the bank who is not converting amount in EMT. Merchant has submitted all docs to the bank to convert the transaction in EMI.
Please suggest me what should I do now. I don’t have the so much amount to pay in a single transaction. If I don’t pay you people will levy Penalty and interest for not payment the amount.
Pls. help me in this regard.
