Complaint Details
I ordered deo online from snapdeal.com on April 12th, 2013 and made the full payment in advance. Order Number 941873878
The promised delivery date was April 20th. I have been calling their customer service since the day and on every occasion, I am given a new complaint number stating that they'll get back to me within 24-48 hours.
Still nothing arrived.
After which, I have been calling the customer service of snapdeal.
I have made several requests and complaints and as of today, I still haven't received the product.
My complaint is on TWO counts
1. Despite several follow ups, I have still not received the product
2. The vendor did not bother informing me of the delay even once on their own and even after several follow ups, I only got false assurances without any action.
This is very serious inconvenience to me.
Now they are showing that the product have been delivered. When i called to snapdeal they told me that there is an error to trace your order and we are rejecting your order and sending your money back in 5 to 7 days. Still i havnot received any amount in my account. i agained called them and they said that we are sending transaction id to your email. but till today I havenot received any transaction id from their side.
I would urge the court to take serious action to discourage such irresponsible business practices
