I purchased steam iron wave 400 (morphy Richards)through an online transaction.Product was delivered on 13-5-2013, unusable as defective.Made a complaint on 17-05-2013 vide complaint no. 2635819. No response from company till date.The company has not provided any usable tel no for redressal. Spoke to their Mumbai office and have been chasing the company for the last 15 days.
