I purchased flat from d Singh last year all docs registered but society housing in powai mumbai is denying membership because one more person of seller has filed a case in mumbai high court that he entered a mou with se seller but this mou was in registered and time limit expired
WhAt is my fault I am not able to get mbership and also I cannot put flat on rent
