Complaint Details
I had lodged a complaint regarding non-working of my 1.5 Ton Mastermind
Split AC of Whirlpool on 14.04.2013 with Complaint No. PT 0413005110
which was registered at Patna Customer Care center. Service Engineer visited
almost 10 times but couldn't sort out the problem till date. The current status is "AC not repaired" even after expiry of almost two months. I have written many times to Service Centre, Customer Care and Help Desk but all are in vain.
