i called the Morphy Richards helpline(1800226722) for after sales service of my OTG. The mechanic they sent has not been able to re assemble the OTG even after 15 days. They even charged me Rs 780 for spares. But the OTG is still lying disassembled in my house and now the service center is not even taking my calls.
I have registered the following complaints on the Morphy Richards helpline: 2593174 dt 6.5.13 & 2670663 dt 25.5.13.
In addition i have complained on their consumer grievance web site also.
As per their guarantee card advice today i have complained on the CONSUMER AFFAIRS CELL, Bajaj Electrical ltd also( mail ref no. 365634 dt 14.6.13).
Isthere no one to help us coutomers?
